O.W.N. is a non-profit neighborhood organization which focuses on area concerns and the needs of Westside neigbors. The Westside, comprised of approximately 8,200 households and 800 businesses, is called the Westside Strategy Area by the City.

Street boundary lines are: I-25 on the east, Rio Grande St. on the south, city limites with Manitou Springs on the west, and Uintah, 19th, and King St. on the north.

The O.W.N. officers and board members are all volunteers who work hard to represent you and the Westside community.

Town hall meetings are usually held the 4th Thursday every odd-numbered month at 7 pm at the West Center at Buena Vista, 1620 W. Bijou (in the northeast corner of the west building). Board meetings are normally held the 2nd Thursday at 7 pm at the West Center.
