OWN Town Hall Meetings are usually held each odd-numbered month on the 4th Thursday, at either the West Center at Buena Vista, (1620 W. Bijou, in the northeast corner of the west
building). or the CSPD Gold Hill Substation at 7 PM. Exception being the July picnic.
OWN Board Meetings are usually held each month on the 2nd Thursday, at West Center, 1620 W. Bijou, at 7 PM.
